Android download wontopen

 · I have an LG G5, using Android. I am using Messaging, not Messenger. Can receive but can’t open some text messages from an iphone. Says to Download the message but download always fails. Dolphin won't open. Dolphin won't open. I downloaded the latest beta version and it just won't work, I extracted it to a folder in my desktop and whenever I open it nothing happens. It wont open even if I open it with administrator rights. if i look at the task manager I can see it pop out for a second and then dissapear. Download and install them. Solution 2: Check your date and time settings. When you try to download an app from the Play Store, the Google servers will try to check for the time on your device. If the time is incorrect, it will not sync the servers with the device, which can cause a problem in downloading anything from the Play Store. downloads won't open from the Download List: The Downloads Manager ("Ctrl+J") is more like a log of downloads, it does not verify that the download still exits. Make sure you are setup to download to a permanent location, not into temporary files that get cleaned by the browser or by CCCleaner or something designed to clear out temporary files. Recently, I've been having problems opening and mp3 files on my smartphone. All old files I had before this problem started open and play fine. My internet runs smoothly, the files download fine, and there is plenty of memory / storage space, yet they won't open after being downloaded. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
